Service Consultant Job Description:

We are looking for an upbeat, collaborative and positive person to join our team as we continue to deliver legendary service. Our Service Consultants are the most front-facing members of our team, responsible for ensuring guests have the most honest and positive customer experience possible. Some of the duties include:

Greeting, educating and advising customers (guests) through their entire service/repair experience.
Collaborating and communicating with technicians to ensure all guest concerns are addressed.
Creating estimates based on inspection reports and technician feedback.
Developing a relationship with guests that improves communication.
Ordering parts and working with Service Consultant Assistant to manage day-to-day shop tasks.
Maintain a clean work area and ensure the lobby is creating a welcoming environment.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

The Service Consultant is a full-time, salaried position with the rate of pay starting at $55,000-65,000, depending on previous experience, plus bonuses.
A valid driver’s license and other supporting employment documentation and a willingness to provide a Motor Vehicle Record are required.
